Object

The object of the Abnaki Club has not changed since its original charter was granted by the State of Maine.  The social activity and its several connections are an important part of Masonic tradition. With the advent of the automobile, electricity, the telephone, television, computers, and numerous forms of hand held communications the need to gather together for social activities may seem less important to some. To those who call themselves Masons the active interaction between men of good character is essential to the creation of a viable social fabric that wholes society together in times of stress as well as prosperity.  The Abnaki Club has served as a focal point for area Masons for well over a hundred years.
Its Club rooms support weekly and monthly activities that provides the communication that cements the fabric of our social and fraternal organizations.
The Abnaki Club welcomes the application and participation of all Master Masons in good standing in Maine.
Join us for lunch on Wednesdays when you can, we offer our club rooms to members for private events upon approval of the Executive Committee when appropriate.
